How do I order my swim or beachwear?

You’ve found your favorite summer essentials in our webshop. The next step is to add the item or items to your shopping cart. Once you’ve finished shopping, click on the shopping cart in the right upper corner of your screen. Step by step, you’ll be guided through the purchasing process. Fill in your name and address details and make sure to double-check that the details are correct.

In case you have a different billing and delivery address you can indicate this during the purchasing process.

When you’ve finished shopping, you’ll be guided through the purchasing process to complete your order. During the purchasing process you’ll be able to indicate this.

Can I change my order?

Because we process your order as soon as it’s placed, we are unable to make any changes once the order has been placed. Changes like shipping method, shipping/ billing address, shipping method, promo code, removing or adding an item in your order etc. are unfortunately not possible anymore.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please reach out to us asap via customercare@sagoswimwear.com.

If your order has already been shipped, please just wait until you receive your parcel and start the return process once you’ve received it.

About payments

How do I pay for my order?

Sago Swimwear accepts several methods of payment:

- Online banking (i.e. Bancontact / Mister Cash, iDEAL, KBC/CBC Online, ING Home’Pay, Belfius Direct Net)

- Credit cards (i.e. VISA, MasterCard)

We use Ingenico’s secure SSL procedure. Ingenico (Ingenico Payment Services) has extensive experience in providing secure and easy online payment processing for webshops and is a leading provider of multi-channel payment services. Ingenico guarantees a 100% safe processing of your payments, regardless of the method of payment you have chosen in our webshop.

Sago Swimwear is not involved in any of the payment transactions and therefore can’t access or keep any card- or login-details. All transactions take place via encrypted lines and are immediately send via Ingenico to your trusted bank.

Once a payment has been made, you’ll immediately receive a payment confirmation on your screen and a confirmation e-mail.

Pay through online banking

Bancontact / Mister Cash (Belgium)

Paying online with Bancontact / Mister Cash is safe and fast. When choosing this payment option in our webshop, just fill in your card details and you will automatically be linked to your trusted bank payment website. You’ll then be asked to double check the amount and process the payment using your ‘Digipass’. Currently, online payments with BC/MC is supported by Fintro, Fortis, ING, Belfius, CBC. KBC, AXA and VDK Spaarbank.

iDEAL (The Netherlands)

iDEAL is a safe and easy way for you to pay online, using your own bank pass and your bank’s secure website. If you decide to pay via iDEal, you don’t need to register or download anything, or even set up an account. If you’re registered for internet banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or van Lanschot Bankiers, then you can pay immediately with iDeal. It’s easy, safe and quick.

KBC/CBC Online, ING Home’Pay, Belfius Direct Net

Secure payment systems that can be used exclusively by clients of the respective banks. To start, click on the payment button of your bank and follow the procedure. You’re paying within the secured domain of your own bank and are using your card reader, Digipass or other security module to pay safe, quick and simple.

Pay with a credit card

Visa, Mastercard or American Express

Sago Swimwear accepts credit card payments by VISA and MasterCard. You can fill in your credit card details via our secure SSL procedure, and we’ll finalize the transaction with the credit card company.

Other means of payment like PayPal & Klarna

If you prefer so you can pay with Pay Pal or Klarna Flexible Payments.

About shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders for Benelux will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. This way you’ll have an indication of when your summer essentials will arrive!

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact one of our customer care officers at customercare@sagoswimwear.com.

What's the status of my order?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation e-mail you can click on 'Track My Order' and see the status of your delivery. It can take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Does Sago Swimwear ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Our swimwear love is expanding so we deliver in several countries. Below you can check a list of the countries we ship to. Your country is not on it? Let us know via customercare@sagsowimwear.com and we'll see what we can do for you!

Can I send my order to a pick-up point?

This is not possible. However, note that if you are not present when our logistics partner is there to deliver your parcel, chances are they will leave it at a postal office near to your location.

How much do I pay for shipping?

Shipping is calculated at check-out.

My package is lost. What's the next step?

If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to customercare@sagoswimwear.com.

Please note, after an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

About returns

Can I exchange or return my purchase?

We hope your purchase is entirely satisfactory, but we understand that sometimes things are not exactly what you’re looking for.

Our returns policy states you have 14 days after receipt of your order to execute the return process. You can find more information on returns and refunds here.

How do I arrange a return?

All returns must be brand new, in original condition and unworn with the hygienic liner and tags still attached, with cotton bag(s) placed in the 2 original Sago Swimwear boxes. Only if you have strictly followed the previous steps, we can accept your return/ exchange. We only refund via the original payment method. We do not refund any shipping fees. All items that are purchased on sale or at a discounted price cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions will be made for any fit or sizing issues.

Can I return or exchange a sales item?

No, this is not possible. However, we value our clients so please reach to customercare@sagoswimwear.com we'll see what we can do for you.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account on the original form of payment. We’ll send you an e-mail when we have processed your refund, so you know it’s on the way.

Is Sago Swimwear true size?

Finding the right fit is the most important part when you’re buying your swimwear items. We paid a lot of attention to fitting our designs on different body types to have as much information as possible for you.

Though our garments are true to size, all bodies are different. You can always reference our sizing guide, which features our general garment measurements, or reach out to customercare@sagoswimwear.com for more specifics, and they’ll help you with the right size. We work hard to produce the most flattering fit possible for the widest range of body types.

Will I have the same size in all the designs?

Once you find the right size for you, it’s likely that it will be your size in our other designs as well.

Please pay attention to how much bust support you need. When it comes to our bikini top, you might be better off with a bigger size compared to the bikini bottom.

Gift cards & promotions

Does Sago Swimwear offer gift cards?

Yes, we do! What better way to surprise a loved one than to give them the gift of instant summer.

How does a gift card work?

We only use electronic gift cards. A gift card works like a credit that you can apply to a purchase.

Want to buy a gift card for a loved one? You can just add it to your shopping cart like an item and complete your order.

Did you receive a gift card from a loved one? What a great gift! You can add your favorite items to your shopping cart and add the gift card code at checkout. The gift card amount will be automatically applied to your purchase.

Gift cards cannot be retroactively applied to an order once it has been placed.

Where do I enter a promo code?

You can enter a code during checkout.

Do you have a gift-wrapping option?

We don’t offer a gift option yet. We do, however, offer gift cards!

About Sago Swimwear

Where are you based?

We are based in rainy Belgium. It’s not a tropical paradise, which is why we created gorgeous designs to go on holiday and lounge by the pool or the beach.

How do I care for my swimwear?

Hand wash in cold water after each use. Lay your suit flat to dry in the shade on a towel and use caution to never wring out the fabric or hang it, which could cause stretching and wear to the delicate fabric. Do not lay out to dry in the sun.

Never, ever wash your suit in the washing machine, even on the delicate/hand-wash cycle. Water temperatures in washing machines are incredibly hard to regulate and the detergents made for machines are far too strong for swimwear fabric.

High level of sun cream, tanning cream, chlorine, and hot tubs can damage and discolor suits, so use caution to limit exposure of these products to your suit. Be cautious of rough surfaces as this can cause pulling and snagging of the delicate fabric.

Caring for your suit in the appropriate manner is the best way possible to ensure that it will not deteriorate in an untimely manner.

We are unable to assume responsibility for any damages the suit may incur if cared for otherwise.

Will you restock sold out items?

If possible, we will always try to restock our summer essentials!

However, note that stock is limited so if you snooze, you lose.

If an item out of stock in our webshop, you'll have the opportunity to be notified by leaving your contact info via a button on the sales page of the item you wish to purchase. We will contact you as soon as the item is back in stock!

How eco-friendly is Sago Swimwear?

Our brand tries to be as environmentally friendly as possible. The majority of our swimwear is made from recycled fabrics. You receive you order in a biodegradable box, we use cotton bags instead of plastic bags and the hygienic liner is from paper and not plastic. We are very proud to be part of the sustainable fashion movement.
